Leviticus 4:16-18

16 Then the anointed priest shall bring some of[a] the bull’s blood to the tent of assembly, 17 and the priest shall dip his finger in[b] the blood and shall spatter it seven times before Yahweh in front of the curtain. 18 He must put[c] some of[d] the blood on the altar’s horns before Yahweh in the tent of assembly,[e] and all the rest[f] of the blood he must pour out on the base of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the tent of assembly’s entrance.
